As a builder and developer, of 65 years’ experience, Stockwell has learned, and continues to learn, a lot from our customers.

We have identified a top 10, hit list desired by our customers and our aim is to ensure the following feature in all our projects:

  1. The right location. Making sure our projects are in short walking distance to lifestyle amenities such as cafes, shops, restaurants, services and parks, and are also close to public transport.

  2. Owner occupier focused building or project.  Creating a like minded community where owner occupiers buying similar properties will assist with local real estate values.

  3. Optimum number of apartments in a development or homes in a project. Ensuring the right amount of apartments in a building or homes in a project minimises competition between properties and allows values to grow.

  4. Apartment and house design.  Creating livable floorplans with considered layouts to ensure privacy and space. They will often capture a favourable aspect or view.

  5. Street appeal.  Ensuring that the external architecture of a building or house creates a sense of homecoming and pride for occupiers.

  6. Security. Features such as secure gates, intercoms and importantly secure, off street car parking are key in all our projects.

  7. Amenity. Delivering well considered amenity for occupiers including storage, quality recreation facilities and being pet friendly.

  8. Buying and living process.  Ensuring clear and consistent communication and supporting customers throughout their buying and living journey through the internal expertise of Stockwell Sales and Stockwell Living.

  9. History and reputation of developer.  Delivered through generations of experience with tangible evidence in construction and development.

  10. Value. All of the above driven by people with passion and integrity delivering for our customers.
