One of our property funds, The Noosa Civic Property Trust is currently concluding a $10 million capital raise, to provide the Trust with $120 million in investment equity. Limited opportunities remain to invest in this Fund.

The objective of the Trust is to generate a stable, long-term rental income stream from a high quality asset together with capital growth and future development potential.

Average cash income distributions of 7-8% p.a. and a total return (IRR) of 12-13% p.a. is forecast over the investment term.
