Maddy Stockwell

Head of Sales

As Head of Sales, Maddy oversees the residential sales team across Stockwell’s multi-residential and Solana Lifestyle Resorts portfolios.  She has a hands-on approach ensuring the needs of all clients are not only met but exceeded when it comes to purchasing a new home or apartment.

Maddy’s property career commenced at Stockwell in 2013 holding various sales and development roles across the retail and residential sectors.  In 2019, Maddy headed to the United Kingdom where she worked as a sales consultant for developer U+I and then for property advisory group Stone Real Estate UK.

In 2021, Maddy returned to Australia and took up the position of Sales Manager at Stockwell’s flagship residential project, Croft & Cremorne on Fish Lane. Maddy joined the management team as Head of Sales in March 2022.

Maddy holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
