Sean Wardrop

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Sean is responsible for the performance of all finance functions for the Stockwell group as well as Stockwell Private Capital. Sean is closely involved with each of the group’s projects, investments, and businesses with a focus on ensuring the financial viability of all aspects of the group.

From inception and throughout the group’s project and investment lifecycle, Sean is responsible for the valuation and financing of the group’s activities. He has a breadth of experience in the property industry including retail, commercial, office, multi residential, manufactured home parks, retirement living, hospitality and property funds management.

Sean holds a Master of Accounting from Aberdeen University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Sean’s professional training was with KPMG in Edinburgh and has experience in publicly listed and private banking and property businesses in both the UK and Australia including State Street Trust and Bank, Lloyds TSB, Elders and Stockland.
